Are you looking for an opportunity to learn and develop and be part of a highly ambitious team in a fast-booming technology company? Advansor is looking for an ambitious young sales engineer for our Internal Sales team.


You will work in our Internal Sales department, which is the link between our external sales organisation, customers, our R&D, engineering and production teams. Your main function will be to support our external sales colleagues and customers directly with technical offers and guidance. You will also ensure correct project specifications before orders go into production. Your work will include internal and external communications with a broad range of customers, partners and other departments within Advansor. You will get an interesting position in a dynamic group, increasing responsibility as you learn and thereby contribute to securing our position as the world’s leading manufacturer of CO2 refrigeration systems.


We are looking for a strong team-player with a positive attitude and an open mindset.
We expect you to have a relevant technical background, e.g. mechanical engineer or marine engineer. You are a collaborative team-player and thrive in a dynamic work environment where change is the only constant. Advansor is an international company, and it is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently. If you speak other languages such as German, French, Dutch or Swedish, we are sure that you are going to use these skills as well.

We expect you to be flexible and a fast-learner, as our set-up is continuously evolving. You are excited about development and results, and you have an analytical approach to your work. You are structured and know how to work independently as well as part of a team. You thrive in a busy working environment and with responsibility for own specific customers and projects.


We are an international technology company who is world-leader in manufacturing and development of environmentally friendly CO2 refrigeration systems. We are a strong team of 200 employees, and in our new headquarter located in Aarhus, you find our R&D center with top-class technical capabilities in the development of innovative refrigeration systems, our modern production, aftersales team and a number of staff functions. You will be a part of the Sales Operations team, which currently consist of 16 employees.
