These are the 4 steps to replace any broken parts

Aftersales

You fill out and send ind the form above. Then we assign a warranty claim no. - this MUST be added to all correspondence. We also inform you if we need the parts for examination.

New component

We send you the replacement component and:

  • Issue an invoice with 120 days payment
  • Send return order confirmation

Examine and test of broken part

You fill out and send ind the form above. Then we assign a warranty claim no. - this MUST be added to all correspondence. We also inform you if we need the parts for examination.

Covered or not

If the defective component is covered by warranty, Advansor will issue a credit note in discharge of the invoice issued ealier.

In case the warranty does not cover the defective component, we will notify you. Afterwards, you pay the invoice previously issued.

> Print of return order confirmation

When to send

Send package with broken components and parts within 4 weeks after receiving replacement component.

Send with TNT shipment

> Book shipping
> Use warranty claim no. as reference

> Only shipments to Advansor
