compSUPER:
The supermarket refrigeration system of the future
compSUPER is designed as a 1 step, or 2 step, system where the freezing and refrigeration compressors are located in the same refrigerant circuit.
The product combines a large number of positive features, which together ensure reliability, temperature quality and inexpensive operation.
The refrigerating system uses only one refrigerant - CO2.
The refrigeration industry and supermarket chains can safely choose CO2 as the refrigerant.
CO2 is actually the natural refrigerant of the future, which will not be affected by regulatory restrictions or imposed levies.
Under Danish climate conditions, energy savings of more than 20% have been shown in comparison to the more common cascade systems.
With Advansor's CO2 systems, it has at last become possible to choose a green technology, which in addition also provides savings on operation and installation.
Three different types of the compSUPER concept are available, which are targeted towards application in the supermarket sector.
compSUPER XS:
- Air-cooled, 1-step system for refrigeration:
- Capacity 10-120 kW
- Temperature: -20°C to +10°C
- Compressors: 1-3
- Adjustment: Frequency converter and level control
compSUPER S:
- Air-cooled 2-step system for refrigeration and freezing:
- Capacity, refrigeration: 10-60 kW
- Capacity, freezing: 10-20 kW
- Temperature: -10°C / -35°C
- Compressors: Minimum 2 refrigerators + 2 freezers
- Adjustment: Frequency converter and level control
compSUPER XL:
- Air-cooled 2-step system for refrigeration and freezing:
- Capacity, refrigeration: 60-180 kW
- Capacity, freezing: 20-120 kW
- Temperature: -10°C / -35°C
- Compressors: 4-8 refrigerator compressors, 3-6 freezer compressors
- Adjustment: Frequency converter and level control
Standard configuration:
- Indoor installation with air-cooled condensator
- Individual compressor safety and oil system
- Danfoss control, ADAP COOL
Optionals:
- Heat recovery
- Covering for outdoor installation
